Our film production starts with your files. We preflight every job, looking for missing bleeds, multi-color blacks, and stuff that just won't print on the press.
Next we impose and trap your files according to the printer's specs.
When we finally get to producing film, we plot it on precisely calibrated Scitex imagesetters using the world's best halftone screening for smooth color transitions with no moiré patterns.
For precise registration in platemaking, our films can be punched on the imagesetter. To assue compatibility with the multitude of plate punch systems in the market, we have chosen to punch our films in a Stoesser pattern on the left-hand edge.
